After making laddus, my air fryer wanted some spice! Soaked peanuts for 5-6 hours, then mixed with besan, salt, turmeric, and black pepper. Spread them on a greased steel plate, coated well so besan sticks to peanuts. Air fried at 80°C for 30 minutes, stirred, added Kashmiri red chili powder, and air fried again at 80°C for 30 minutes. For extra crunch, air fry at 160°C for the last 10 minutes. Retained some curry leaves in the heat for aroma. No manual roasting needed — just mix and enjoy these crunchy, flavorful besan peanuts!
