UPDATE: I’ve lost 5lbs in 1 week! I feel happier, more energy, less irritable & have a clearer mind. We started a Ketogenic Diet on January 10, 2024. I usually hate cooking but I’m enjoying this style of cooking, knowing I’m going to get an award at the end with better health and lose some weight. I’ll keep you update on the progress and yummy recipes as I perfect them.
