Ingredients:

1 cup of water (250g / 8.8 oz)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dried herbs
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
1 cup corn flour (150g / 5.3 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil

🔥 Useful tips:

✅ Bring the water to a boil, turn off the heat, and add the flour — this will make the dough perfect for cutting
✅ Cut them into evenly sized pieces for uniform baking
✅ Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days to keep the crackers crispy
