High Protein Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients:
• Hung curd (thick yogurt)
• Paneer (grated or crumbled)
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Bell pepper (finely chopped)
• Sweet corn (boiled)
• Any other veggies of your choice
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• Oregano (to taste)
• Bread slices
• Butter or oil for toasting
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, paneer, onion, bell pepper, sweet corn, and any other veggies you like.
2. Add salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix everything well to make a creamy and flavorful filling.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on one slice of bread and cover it with another slice.
4. Heat a pan and toast the sandwich on both sides with a little butter or oil until golden and crisp.
5. Serve warm with green chutney or ketchup.
