what are – 1/4th cup
besan (gram flour) – 1/2 cup
dhaniya powder (coriander powder)- 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) – 1 tsp
salt – 1 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
oil dash -1 tsp
ingredients for tadka:-
oil – 2 tbsp
mustard seeds (Rai) – 1 tsp
sesame seeds (safed til)– 1 tsp
asafoetida ( hing )- pinch off
curry leaves
fennel seeds – 1 tsp
turmeric powder (haldi) – 1/2 tsp
chatmasala -1/2 tsp
chilli flakes – 1/2tsp
salt as per your taste
