½ cup yoghurt/ fresh or sour
1 tbsp fruit salt

1 cup fresh coconut
2 medium size green chillies
1-inch ginger
1-lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons raw peanuts
Salt to taste
