INGREDIENTS

-3/4 cups low fat cottage cheese
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1.5 cup + protein powder (see the details above for options and discounts)
-1 cup almond flour
-Melted sugar free chocolate (1/4-1 cup depending on desired coverage)
-1-2 tbsp Powdered Sugar + sprinkle pumpkin spice (optional topping)

DIRECTIONS
•Blend your cottage cheese mix in protein powder, pumpkin puree, spice and almond flour.
•Mix until desired consistency is reached adjusting as needed (again, consistency will vary from whats shown depending on your protein powder)
•Let sit in the fridge a few hours (or freezer for quicker turnaround)
•Coat in sugar mix or melted chocolate
If serving, the melted chocolate can be dine in advance, but I suggested doing the sugar coating just before serving for better presentation.

Fiber: 1g
Total Sugar: .5g
Added Sugar: 0g (if using sugar free chocolate and powdered sugar alternative)
