Chicken Ingredients
🔸 1-2lb chicken breast cut into tenders
🔸 1 cup all-purpose flour
🔸 1 cup corn starch
🔸 1.5 tbsp onion powder
🔸 1.5 tbsp garlic powder
🔸 1.5 tbsp salt
🔸 1 tsp black pepper
🔸 2 tsp paprika
🔸 1 tsp chili Powder
🔸 Buttermilk for marinating
Ingredients for Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
🔸 1 cup mayo
🔸 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
🔸 1 habanero diced
🔸 1/2 cup grated parmesan (or more)
🔸 Juice from ½ Lemon
🔸 2 whole roasted garlic bulbs
🔸 ½ tsp sea salt
🔸 ¼ tsp black pepper
🔸 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
🔸 ¼ tsp oregano
🔸 ¼ tsp basil
Instructions:
1️⃣ Start with the garlic bulbs: trim off their tops, lightly spray the exposed side with olive oil, and season with sea salt and black pepper. Wrap each bulb in foil, ensuring it’s not wrapped too tightly. Place in an oven set at 400 degrees F and roast for 40-50 minutes.
2️⃣ Immerse the chicken in buttermilk and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, blend all-purpose flour, corn starch, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
4️⃣ Take the chicken out of the buttermilk, coat it generously with the flour mixture, and then set aside on a plate. If preferred, you can insert skewers into them for easier handling.
5️⃣ Once the garlic bulbs are done roasting, start making the garlic parmesan sauce. Mix all the required ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth texture.
6️⃣ Fry the chicken in oil over medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees checking using @thermopro
