• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander

Method:
In a pan, heat butter and sauté garlic and onions till light golden.
Add pepper and mixed herbs, let it cool slightly.
Add whisked curd, honey, salt, and coriander — mix well to get a creamy, tangy sauce.

Serve the paneer steak over this creamy garlic pepper sauce with herb rice or sautéed veggies.
