INGREDIENTS

•1.5 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
•1 scoop @legion salted caramel protein powder (code 2XW to save) https://legionathletics.com/products/supplements/whey-protein-powder/?r=26ygo&utm_campaign=bc&utm_medium=athlete&utm_source=26ygo
•1/2 scoop @legion apple pie powder
•1/4 diced red apple (or a mini one)
•1 tbsp date syrup (or date pieces)
•A few pretzel pieces
•1 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
•1/2 tsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

• Mix your yogurt and protein powder before spreading evenly on a parchment lined baking tray.
• Drizzle some date syrup on top
• Melt your coconut oil and chocolate chips and drizzle on top, then swirl
• Add your apples, pretzels and some flakey sea salt before popping in the freezer for a few hours to solidify !
