Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons (tbs) Chia Seeds
• 1 cup of milk (Dairy or plant-based, such as almond milk, can be used)
• Pulp from Sitaphal (Custard Apple), with seeds removed
• 2-3 finely chopped dates (Optional, for extra sweetness/texture)
• A few slices of almonds (Optional, for garnish/texture)
• Soaked kesar / saffron (Optional)

My Simple Recipe:
1. Soak 2 tbs Chia Seeds in 1 cup of milk and chill for a few hours.
2. Take out the Sitaphal pulp, deseed, and mix it into the chilled chia seeds mixture.
3. Add 2-3 finely chopped dates, a few slices of almonds, and soaked kesar (Optional).
4. Mix everything well. Serve chilled!
