Recipe:
2 scoop PES Snickerdoole Protein
15 oz pumpkin
1 cup bread flour
1 Egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup almond milk
Stevia to taste
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch salt
Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes. I prefer mine a little more “goowy” so I only baked for 25.
