Cheese (चीज़) – 2 tbsp, grated or 1 slice
Oil/Butter (तेल या मक्खन) – 1 tbsp
Spring onion (हरा प्याज़) – for garnish
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Boil the broccoli:
In hot water, boil broccoli and garlic for 3–4 minutes until soft.
2. Mash and season:
Mash the boiled broccoli and garlic together. Add salt and mix well.
3. Prepare omelette:
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and pour into a hot pan with a little oil or butter.
4. Add stuffing:
Once the omelette starts to set, add the broccoli-garlic mash and cheese on one side.
5. Fold and cook:
Fold the omelette in half and cook until the cheese melts perfectly.
6. Garnish and serve:
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top, and enjoy your high-protein, healthy breakfast!
