🥚 Ingredients List (Healthy Low Carb High Protein Breakfast)
   •   2 whole eggs
   •   Salt — to taste
   •   ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes
   •   20g cheese (any low-carb or protein-rich cheese)
   •   Finely chopped spring onion — as needed
   •   A pinch of thyme leaves
   •   1 teaspoon almond oil
   •   1 teaspoon butter
🍳 Step-by-Step Cooking Method
1. Beat the eggs
      •   In a bowl, add 2 whole eggs, salt, and ¼ tsp chilli flakes.
      •   Whisk well until smooth and fluffy.
2. Heat the pan
      •   Add 1 tsp almond oil and let it warm slightly.
3. Pour the egg mixture
      •   Spread it evenly on the pan on low–medium heat.
4. Add cheese & spring onion
      •   Sprinkle 20g cheese on top.
      •   Add finely chopped spring onion.
5. Add thyme & butter
      •   Sprinkle a pinch of thyme leaves.
      •   Add 1 tsp butter around the sides for a richer taste and golden color.
6. Cook gently
      •   Cover the pan and cook on low flame until the cheese melts and eggs are fully set.
7. Serve hot
      •   Fold and serve as a high-protein, low-carb breakfast.
