🟡 Ingredients:
• 1 cup soaked moong dal
• ½ cup suji
• ¼ cup poha
• ½ cup dahi
• ½ cup water
• ½ tsp soda (or Eno)
• Pinch of haldi
• 1 tsp oil
• Salt to taste

🌿 Tempering:
• Oil
• Mustard seeds (sarso)
• Jeera
• Til
• Curry leaves
• Fresh dhaniya

🟡 Recipe:
• Poha, suji aur dahi ko mix karke 5 minute soak karo.
• Soaked moong dal aur soaked poha-suji mixture ko ek saath blend karo.
• Batter ko bowl me nikaal kar salt, haldi aur 1 tsp oil add karo.
• Ab soda add karke gently mix karo.
• Steamer ko preheat karke batter ko greased tin me daal do.
• Medium flame par 10 minute steam karo.
• Tadka ke liye oil me sarso, jeera, til aur curry leaves crackle karo.
• Dhokla ke upar tadka daal kar fresh dhaniya se garnish karo
