Ingredients

For the Chutney (Mooli ki chutney)
•⁠ ⁠Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
•⁠ ⁠Tomatoes – 3 (halved)
•⁠ ⁠Green chillies – 3
•⁠ ⁠Garlic – 4–5 cloves
•⁠ ⁠Grated mooli – 1 piece
•⁠ ⁠Dried pomegranate seeds – 1 tsp
•⁠ ⁠Chaat masala – 1 tsp
•⁠ ⁠Black salt – 1 tsp
•⁠ ⁠Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
•⁠ ⁠Lemon juice – 1 tsp
•⁠ ⁠Salt to taste
•⁠ ⁠Fresh coriander

*For the Filling (Methi Paneer Filling)*

•⁠ ⁠Oil – 1 tbsp
•⁠ ⁠Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
•⁠ ⁠Heeng – a pinch
•⁠ ⁠Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
•⁠ ⁠Fresh methi leaves – 1 cup
•⁠ ⁠Red chilli powder
•⁠ ⁠Paneer – 100g (crumbled)
•⁠ ⁠Salt to taste

*For the Batter (High Protein Batter)*

•⁠ ⁠Moong sprouts – 2 cups
•⁠ ⁠Besan – 1 cup
•⁠ ⁠Ginger – 1 inch
•⁠ ⁠Green chillies – 1–2
•⁠ ⁠Water – approx. 1.25 cups
•⁠ ⁠Salt tot taste
