Vegetable Kurma is an excellent side dish with Chapathi, Parotta and Puri. This mixed vegetable Kurma incorporates all the goodness of vegetables into a tasty creamy curry with coconut paste. This vegetable Kurma have a healthy intake of vitamins and minerals.This is a light and low calorie Kurma.
Ingredients:-
Carrot 1 Grated coconut
Beans 5-6 Turmeric powder 1/4 ts
Potato 1 Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cauliflower small section
Big onion ½
Curry leaves 2 string
Water
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
Curd 2 tbsp
Cashew nut 6
Ginger piece
Cloves 2
Green chilly 1
Cardamom 1
