Beetroot Dessert – Gluten-Free & Low-Histamine
Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked beetroot
• 4 cups almond milk
• 5 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons rice flour
• 2–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Notes:
This dessert is naturally gluten-free and suitable for a low-histamine diet.

I preferred a softer , pudding -like texture, but if you’ve like it thicker -more like a pastel- you can simply add a sheet of glatin.
