LOW CALORIE SUGAR-FREE MATCHA MARSHMALLOWS
* 150 calories for entire batch
* 9.4 calories per cube of sliced into 16

You’ll need:
1. Beef gelatin
2. 0 Calorie Allulose Syrup
3. Matcha Powder
*gelatin brand I use is Vital Protein, allulose brand I use is Vivid Kitchen, both purchased off amazon & linked in my bio. Use code VIVIDLISA for 10% the allulose!

Instructions:
1. Add 1/4 cup or 2 servings (40g) of gelatin into mixing bowl with 2/3 cup of water. Lightly mix or swirl and set aside to let it bloom.
2. In saucepan, add 1 cup allulose and 1/2 cup water. Continuously stir for a few minutes until liquid is bubbling/golden.
3. Add hot liquid to mixing bowl containing the gelatin. Mix with standing or hand mixer for 10 minutes or until it becomes fluffy like marshmallow.
4. Add to a container and put in the fridge until it sets.
