Grilled Paneer chickpeas Salad
Ingredients

Salad Base

Boiled chickpeas – 1 cup

1 cucumber – sliced

1 capsicum – sliced

1 onion – sliced

Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Aamchur powder – 1 tsp

Salt – as per taste

For Grilled Paneer

100 g paneer

Oregano – 1 tsp

Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Curd Seasoning

100 g curd

Imlie (tamarind) – 1 tsp

Black salt – 1 tsp

Chopped mint leaves

Preparation
1. Grill the Paneer

Cut paneer into cubes or strips.

Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, and salt.

Grill on a tawa with a few drops of oil until golden on both sides.

Keep aside.

2. Make the Curd Dressing

Whisk curd until smooth.

Add imlie, black salt, and chopped mint leaves.

Mix well and keep chilled.

3. Assemble the Salad

In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas.

Add sliced cucumber, capsicum, and onion.

Add chaat masala, aamchur powder, and salt.

Mix gently.

Add grilled paneer on top.

Finally drizzle the curd seasoning over the salad.
