🌾 Ingredients
Water – ½ cup
Bajra Flour – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Ghee – 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp
White Butter & Garlic Chutney
👩🍳 Steps
➡️ Bring water to a boil, add salt & ghee, then mix in bajra flour.
➡️ Turn off flame & cover dough for 10–15 mins.
➡️ Add fresh coriander & knead for 5 mins until smooth. Rest 5 mins.
➡️ Roll small, even rotis.
➡️ Cook on low–medium flame.
➡️ Serve hot with white butter & garlic chutney.
