Ingredients:
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Palak (Spinach) – 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup
Besan – 3/4 cup
Suji – 1.5 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Red chilli powder – as per taste
Procedure:
In a blender, add:
1 tomato
1 onion
1 green chilli
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp ginger–garlic paste
1 cup palak (spinach)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Grind to a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add:
3/4 cup besan
1.5 tbsp suji
Salt & red chilli to taste
Add water little by little and make a medium-thick batter.
Heat a tawa, grease lightly, pour the batter, and spread like a chilla.
Cook on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup! 😋
