Homemade Granola Recipe
A crunchy, wholesome, and nutrient-packed snack you can enjoy with milk, yogurt, or as an on-the-go munch!
🛒 Ingredients:
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
– 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
– 2 tbsp chopped almonds
– 2 tbsp chopped cashews
– 3 tbsp black raisins or cranberries
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp salt
👩🍳 Method:
– Heat a pan on medium flame. Add rolled oats, chopped almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
– Dry roast for 4–5 minutes until lightly golden and aromatic. Stir continuously to avoid burning.
– Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
– Add black raisins/cranberries, honey, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
– Once cooled completely, transfer the granola to an airtight container.
