Try this crispy and delicious Green Moong Dal Pakoda — a healthy and protein-packed Indian snack perfect for tea time!
Made with whole moong dal soaked overnight and ground into a fluffy batter, these pakodas turn out crispy on the outside and soft inside.

Ingredients:
• Whole green moong dal – 1 cup (soaked overnight)
• Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
• Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
• Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
• Coriander leaves – handful (chopped)
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Ajwain – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – for deep frying

Steps:
1. Soak whole moong dal overnight and grind it into a coarse batter.
2. Add onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander, jeera, ajwain, and salt. Mix well.
3. Heat oil and drop small spoonfuls of batter to fry.
4. Fry until golden and crisp.
5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
