👇 Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal (soaked 2–3 hrs)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli
2 tbsp coriander
1 tsp ginger paste
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
¼ tsp red chilli
Bread slices
Oil/ butter for roasting
👇 Method:
Grind soaked moong dal to a thick paste.
Add onion, chilli, coriander, ginger, cumin, turmeric, salt and chilli powder.
Dip bread in the batter and place on a hot tawa.
Roast both sides until golden and crispy.
Serve with chutney or pack in lunchbox!
