Aaj main le kar aayi hoon do super healthy aur desi snacks jo India mein bahut popular hain –

🧾 Ingredients:
For Salted Makhana:
2 cup makhana (fox nuts)
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp rock salt / sendha namak
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chaat masala (optional)
For Makhana Gud Balls:
1.5 cup roasted makhana (crushed)
3/4 cup gud (jaggery), grated
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp dry fruits (optional)

👩🍳 Steps:
Salted Makhana: 1️⃣ Ghee ko pan mein garam karein.
2️⃣ Usmein makhana daal kar low flame par 6-8 minutes tak roast karein jab tak crisp ho jaayein.
3️⃣ Ab ismein namak, kali mirch aur chaat masala daal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
4️⃣ Thanda hone ke baad serve karein ya airtight jar mein store karein.
Makhana Gud Balls: 1️⃣ Gud ko pan mein halka sa melt karein.
2️⃣ Jab gud bubbly ho jaaye to usmein crushed roasted makhana aur dry fruits daalein.
3️⃣ Ghee lagakar haathon se gol-gol laddoo bana lein.
4️⃣ Thanda hone dein aur enjoy karein – bina guilt ke!
