Oats Spinach Cheela 🌿

✨ Ingredients:
• 1 cup oats flour
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 1 tbsp chopped green chilies
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Water (as needed for batter)

🥣 Recipe:
1️⃣ Mix oats flour, onion, spinach, cumin, ginger, green chilies, turmeric, and salt.
2️⃣ Add water gradually to make a smooth batter. Rest for 7–8 minutes.
3️⃣ Heat and grease a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently.
4️⃣ Cook on medium flame, press lightly with a spatula, flip, and cook until golden and crisp.

Serve hot with chutney or curd 💚
