In frame: Oats-Beetroot Smoothie with beetroot Roses.
☘️Boil 1 cup water/milk. Add1/2 cup of Oats and cook them until they turn soft.
☘️Take 1 small sized beetroot cubes and throw in a carrot( I’ve used 1 carrot roughly chopped).
☘️Add 1 Banana and few raspberries (optional).
☘️ Blend everything together with 1/4 cup of water for thick consistency.
☘️ Pour this smoothie in a bowl over cooked Oats. Garnish with fruits of your choice and enjoy this healthy bowl of goodness.
