• 1–1.5 tsp oil
• A pinch of salt
• Chilli powder / pepper – optional
• Chaat masala – optional
Preparation:
1️⃣ Peel and slice sweet potato very thin (this makes them crispy).
2️⃣ Pat dry and toss with oil + a tiny pinch of salt
3️⃣ Add chat masala, chilli powder/pepper based on your like.

• 160°C for 10–14 mins
• Spread in single layer
• Shake at 8 minutes

• Bake at 180°C for 15–18 mins
