A quick and healthy cottage cheese breakfast bake made in the air fryer.
Soft, sweet, filling, and packed with protein — perfect for mornings.

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 150 g cottage cheese (or farmer’s cheese)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp whole wheat flour (or regular)
• 1 tbsp coconut flour (optional)
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp honey
• Dried apricots
• Walnuts
• Blueberries

⏱️ Air fry 20 min at 170°C
