Ingredients (Samagri):

Hare moong dal – 1 cup (bheegi hui 4-5 ghante)

Chawal – ½ cup (bheega hua)

Adrak – 1 inch

Hari mirch – 1-2

Namak – swad anusar

Pyaaz, tamatar, shimla mirch – barik kati hui (optional toppings)

Hara dhaniya

Thoda sa oil

Steps (Banane ki Vidhi):

1. Batter banayein:
Bheegi hui moong dal aur chawal ko mixer mein adrak, hari mirch aur thoda pani daal kar smooth batter bana lein. Namak daal dein aur achhi tarah mix karein.

2. Tawa garam karein:
Ek non-stick tawa ya iron tawa garam karein, thoda sa tel daalein.

3. Uttapam banayein:
Batter ka ek bada spoon lein aur tawa par gola banate hue failaayein. Upar se pyaaz, tamatar, shimla mirch aur dhaniya sprinkle karein.

4. Sekhna:
Dhak kar dono taraf se golden brown hone tak sekhein.

5. Serve karein:
Garma garam uttapam chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karein!
