Today I made a healthy version sandwich using fresh veggies and a creamy curd mixture.
In the curd, I added pink salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and mixed herbs, then mixed in the veggies to create a delicious filling.
I filled this mixture into ragi bread and roasted it lightly in ghee for a perfect golden, crispy finish.

This sandwich is no cheese, no mayo, low calorie, high fiber — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or kids’ lunchbox.

⭐ Ingredients

Fresh chopped veggies (tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber, cabbage, corn)

Thick curd (3–4 tbsp)

Pink salt – to taste

Chaat masala – ½ tsp

Black pepper – ¼ tsp

Mixed herbs – ½ tsp

Ragi bread slices

Ghee (for roasting)

⭐ Method

1. Chop all the vegetables and add them to a bowl.

2. In another bowl, mix curd with pink salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and mixed herbs.

3. Mix the curd and veggies together to make a creamy filling.

4. Spread the mixture on ragi bread slices.

5. Close the sandwich and roast it in a little ghee until golden.

6. Cut and enjoy your healthy veggie sandwich!
