One of the best, easiest, and moderately healthy dinners that we make every single week.
Ingredients
salmon
1-2 lbs wild caught salmon
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
salad
50/50 blend lettuce
¼ red onion
1 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
others
1 cup jasmine rice
2 avocado
1 lemon
Instructions:
Start by taking your salmon out of the fridge and pat completely dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning
Pop it in the air fryer at 390°F for 11 minutes.
For your salad combine 50-50 blend lettuce, 1/4 of a red onion sliced thin, shaved Parmesan cheese, and a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Seasoning with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Cook 1-2 cups of Jasmine rice per instructions (or use a rice cooker like I did)
Enjoy with sliced avocado and a heavy squeeze of fresh lemon.
