Quick and healthy breakfast or lunch idea!

In this recipe, I used ground turkey, but you can use any kind you like.

Cooking:
Cook the meat for 2–3 minutes — that will be enough.

For the sauce, you’ll need:
• Greek yogurt
• Grated cucumber
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Garlic — I used dried, but fresh works great too

Vegetables:
I used iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Feel free to use any vegetables you like and pair it with any sauce you prefer.
