1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
½ small red onion, finely diced
160g low-fat Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, grated
Juice of ½ lemon
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt & pepper
150g grilled chicken breast

⭐ How to Make It:

Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Toss in cucumber + onion.
Add sliced chicken on top.
Chill for 5–10 mins for maximum flavor.
