Recipe Ingredients & method
Wash in Vinegar Water – Moong, Masoor & Arhar Dal. 1/4th cup each.
Pan dry – leave on slow flame in a non stick pan for 2 mins. Then continue roasting.
Add 8 chopped Garlic. Roast along until the colour of Lentils changes.
Add spices – 1 stalk Curry leaves, 5 Pepper Corns, half tsp Rai seeds, half tsp Mustard seeds, 1 tsp Cumin, half tsp Hing.
Turn off flame and roast for 2 mins.
Let it cook down in a plate & Grind it followed sieving.

FOR MAKING SOUP
Add 2 tbs Soup Mix in 1 Coffee mug of Water.
Stir & boil for 2 minutes.
Pour in a Mug.
Top with Butter, Salad & Lime. (Salad – Chopped Onion + Fresh Coriander + Green Chilies)
Ready to enjoy.
