📝 Ingredients
Dough:
• 90g bread flour
• 30g whey protein
• 160g Greek yogurt (0%)
• 15g monkfruit sweetener
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Coating:
• 20g monkfruit sweetener
• Cinnamon (1–2 tsp, to taste)
Other:
• Egg white (for brushing)
👨🍳 Directions
1. Combine all dough ingredients, keeping the 20g monkfruit + cinnamon separate for coating.
2. Knead into a smooth dough.
3. Roll out, cut into pieces, and form into balls.
4. Brush each with egg white.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes on parchment.
6. Let cool slightly, then roll in your sweetener–cinnamon mix.
