Ingredients:
1 cheese slice (for the bread)
1/2 cup corn (boiled)
1/4 cup capsicum (finely chopped)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
150ml milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cheese slice (for the filling)
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Bread slices (for grilling)
Instructions:
Prepare the filling: In a pan, melt butter and sauté the corn and capsicum for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tbsp maida and cook for another minute.
Make the sauce: Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add salt, pepper, and a cheese slice. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture thickens. Sprinkle chilli flakes and let it cool.
Assemble the sandwich: Take a slice of bread, spread the cooled corn and cheese mixture, and place a cheese slice on top. Cover with another slice of bread.
Grill: Grill the sandwich until golden brown and crispy.
