• High protein curd / Yogurt – 1 cup
• Paneer – 100 g
• Makhana – 1 cup
• Cucumber – ½ cup
• Tomato – ½ cup
• Carrot – ½ cup
• Onion – ½ tbsp
• Coriander
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Honey – ½ tsp
• Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
• Chilli flakes – to taste
• Roasted jeera – ½ tsp
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Chaat masala – ½ tsp
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
👩🍳 Minimal Steps
1️⃣ Chana + makhana ko ghee, salt & red chilli ke saath roast karein.
2️⃣ Paneer + yogurt + honey + salt + lemon blend karke creamy dressing banaayein.
