Air Fryer meatballs



Looking for a quick, easy, and absolutely delicious way to make meatballs? Look no further—these Air Fryer Meatballs are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
▢1.5 pounds lean ground beef, or ground turkey
▢1/4 cup almond flour, or bread crumbs
▢1/4 cup grated Parmesan
▢1 large egg, beaten
▢2 garlic cloves, minced
▢1 teaspoon dried oregano
▢Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
▢chopped parsley, Optional: to garnish
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Place the 1.5 pounds lean ground beef in a large bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients. (1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1 large egg, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, chopped parsley, and Kosher salt and pepper)
Thoroughly mix to combine, then form into 1 spoonful of meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs in the basket of your air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Depending on the size of your air fryer, you can split them into 2 batches, if needed, to avoid overcrowding the basket. Serve and enjoy.
