Warm Chick Pea Salad



Chickpea Carrot Salad 🥗

I’ve always been that extra fussy vegetable eater : the one who side-eyes sabzis and picks around the plate. But this chickpea-carrot salad? Crunchy, colourful, lemony, and honestly too pretty to resist. If eating veggies always looked this good, I’d have turned into a salad girlie long ago. 🥕🥗💛

Recipe:
Ingredients
* Soaked and boiled chickpeas 1/2 cup
* Moong sprouts cooked 1/4 cup
* Carrots 1/2 cup
* Broccoli 1/2 cup
* Salt to taste
* Sesame seeds 2 tsp
* Pepper pinch
* Lemon juice 1 tsp
* Olive oil 2 tsp
* Onions 1/4 cup (to be added after stir frying)
* Pomegranate

For the dip
* Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
* Cumin powder 1 tsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Garlic 1 tsp
* Salt to taste

Add salad leaves to serve this with the salad !!
