OVEN SHRIMP OMELETTE RECIPE
Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil, add the shrimp, tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Dice some potatoes and bring to a broil.
Mix with the cooked shrimp.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the yolks, beat a little more.
Put in a greased baking sheet the cooked shrimp and potato mixture, then cover with the beaten eggs.
400 ºF oven.
