Vegan, No Sugar, PCOS & Keto friendly Healthy Avocado Chocolate Mousse🍫
Recipe :
🍫 In a blender, add 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted), 1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, a dash of vanilla extract, 2–4 tbsp almond milk or coconut milk added gradually, and a pinch of salt to balance the chocolate.
🍫 Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth and mousse-like. Taste and adjust — add a little more monk fruit sweetener if you want it sweeter, or add a splash of almond milk if the texture is too thick.
🍫 Transfer the mousse into bowls or glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the best creamy texture before serving.
