Here is the detailed recipe of khandvi

*RECIPE*
1. Take a bowl and pour 50 gm of besan along with 50 -100 gm of curd, now add green chilli and ginger.
2. ⁠Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of table salt, and a cup of water mix it well untill it has consistency aa shown in the video.
3. ⁠Now rinse the mixture properly and pour it in a pan.
4. ⁠Cook and stir it properly without any pause for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. ⁠Once its consistency reached as shown in the video, spread it on the outer face of the thali.
6. ⁠Make cuts at the thali and roll them to give shape of khandvi.
7. ⁠Now put white til, 1/2 tsp of rai and curry leaves in hot oil and pour the mixture at the khandvi rolls.
8. ⁠Now sprinkle coconut powder on it and your delicious khandvi is ready.
