Here is the detailed recipe of khandvi
*RECIPE*
1. Take a bowl and pour 50 gm of besan along with 50 -100 gm of curd, now add green chilli and ginger.
2. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of table salt, and a cup of water mix it well untill it has consistency aa shown in the video.
3. Now rinse the mixture properly and pour it in a pan.
4. Cook and stir it properly without any pause for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Once its consistency reached as shown in the video, spread it on the outer face of the thali.
6. Make cuts at the thali and roll them to give shape of khandvi.
7. Now put white til, 1/2 tsp of rai and curry leaves in hot oil and pour the mixture at the khandvi rolls.
8. Now sprinkle coconut powder on it and your delicious khandvi is ready.
