* 5 tbsp warm milk
* 2.5 tbsp jaggery powder
* 6 tbsp wheat flour
* 6 tbsp oat flour
* ¼ tsp baking powder
* ¼ tsp baking soda
* ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
* ¼ cup chocolate chunks
* Choco chips for topping
