Aloo Sandwich – Easy Recipe (English)

Ingredients:
• 2 boiled potatoes (mashed or roughly crumbled)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves (kothimira)
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• Salt to taste
• Bread slices
• Butter or oil for roasting

How to Make:
1. In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, onion, tomato, coriander, chaat masala, and salt.
2. Mix everything well to make the potato filling.
3. Take a bread slice and spread the aloo mixture evenly.
4. Cover with another bread slice.
5. Heat a tawa or sandwich maker and apply a little butter.
6. Roast the sandwich on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
7. Cut and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
