In this video I am sharing a healthiest recipe sooji muffins which can be served as breakfast or snacks for the kids. Enjoy the recipe
Fine Sooji – 3/4 Cup
POWDERED cane Sugar/ Brown Sugar – 3/4Cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1/2 Cup
Milk – 3/4 Cup
Baking powdwe – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Broken Nuts/Nuts powder – 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
Olive oil/Sunflower oil – 4 tbsp
For younger kids, finely chop the nuts or powder them to avoid choking
The same recipe can be tried in a cake pan too, but the baking time may vary from 30 to 40 minutes.
