Today I’m sharing a simple, healthy and colourful salad recipe.
I used fresh cucumber, carrot, apple, boiled channa dal, boiled peanuts, avocado and just a tiny amount of mayonnaise for a light creamy texture.
It’s super easy to prepare and perfect for lunch, dinner or an evening snack.

Ingredients I used:
• Cucumber
• Carrot
• Apple
• Boiled channa dal (with salt)
• Boiled peanuts (with salt)
• Avocado
• 2 tsp mayonnaise (optional)
