Ingredients: • Sourdough bread
• 100g paneer
• Schezwan sauce
• Bocconcini cheese
• Cherry tomatoes
• Fresh basil leaves
• Pizza seasoning
• Arugula leaves
• Blueberries & raspberries
Method:
1️⃣ Pan-fry paneer until golden and crisp.
2️⃣ Toss the paneer in Schezwan sauce until well coated.
3️⃣ Toast sourdough bread lightly.
4️⃣ Spread Schezwan sauce on the toast.
5️⃣ Layer with marinated paneer, bocconcini cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
6️⃣ Sprinkle pizza seasoning on top.
7️⃣ Serve with fresh arugula, blueberries and raspberries on the side.
