✨ The Focaccia Sandwich That Steals the Show✨

🍞 Homemade Focaccia Bread (Small Batch):
✨Ingredients:
1 cup AP flour / 100g (bread flour gives better texture)
70g water
2g instant yeast
½ tsp salt (2.5g)
½–1 tsp olive oil (5g)
Toppings: smoked sea salt + fresh/dried rosemary
✨Instructions:
FIRST PROOF
1. Mix water, oil, yeast, flour & salt. Rest 30 min.
2. Do 1 stretch & fold, rest 30 min.
3. Do 3 sets of coil folds, 30 min apart each.
4. (Optional) Cold-ferment overnight in the fridge for better flavor.
SECOND PROOF
5. Transfer dough to a baking dish, cover, and proof until almost doubled.
6. Preheat oven to 230°C.
7. Dimple the dough, add toppings, and bake 15–20 min until golden.
